We are a small automation company, recently founded with a strong interest in manufacturing automation. The two company directors worked in an automotive production environment, where we learnt skills that have transferred with us to our new company. We believe that automation in any aspect doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. We are interested in looking at how we can improve a manufacturer’s productivity, as well as quality by using automation.

We quote for complete cell builds for automation processes using robots or PLCs, this would include cell concept and design to the manufacturing of tool and complete process.
Integration of current and existing cells, this could be upgrading robots or PLCs to newer versions or adding more robots or PLCs to existing lines, to improve process or cycle time.
– Breakdown support
We offer breakdown support for a multitude of robots and processes, this could be current or obsolete robots or PLCs.
We offer training in-house or at the customer’s premises, on process or robotics.

Having been originally from a Body in White maintenance role, then on to process and automation roles, we have a wide range of diverse skills in many automation sectors. Such as:
– HMI PLC Experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron)
– Application knowledge: Sealant, MIG welder, Spot Welder and Material handling
– Robotics (Motoman, ABB, Fanuc and Kuka)
